The staff are the backbone of The King’s, and we are truly fortunate to have such fantastic, long-standing employees. We are also extremely proud that three generations of the same family work in the hotel across the housekeeping, front of house and kitchen teams.

Kirsty and Mike are the King’s chefs. They produce fantastic food, curate our menus and manage our kitchen team. They are assisted by Victoria, Jamie, Mary and Alison.

Our bar staff Karen, Alan and Sandy deliver the King’s trademark warm welcome and 5* customer service, and oversee our team of friendly, diligent waiting staff (pictured.)


Mary leads our team of housekeepers, and has worked for the Fulton family since their years at The Imperial.
